Workshop Access & Registration
Workshops are available to holders of Festival Pass, Industry Pass, and all Premium/VIP packages. Due to limited capacity (20–40 seats per workshop), separate registration is required for each workshop.
Festival Pass holders
Workshop registration opens 2 weeks before the festival. Seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Industry Pass & Premium Pass holders
Priority registration — opens 3 weeks before the festival, before general access.
VIP Package holders (Silverhand & Night City)
Guaranteed registration for all workshops. No separate sign-up required.
Day Pass holders
Day Pass does not include workshop access. Upgrade to Festival Pass or purchase a workshop add-on (99 USD/workshop, subject to availability).
Workshop schedule and registration details will be announced in July 2026.
// Important Information
Grand Gala Access
The GLITCH Awards Grand Gala is an exclusive ceremony with limited seating. Access is included with Premium Pass ($999), Silverhand Package ($1,499), and Night City VIP ($2,499). Day passes and Festival Pass do not include Gala access. Total gala capacity is 220 seats plus sponsor and partner allocations.
Limited Capacity
All ticket types have a strict seat limit. Once sold out, no additional tickets will be released. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance to secure your spot.
Pricing Phases
Early Bird pricing is available until May 31, 2026. Regular pricing from June 1 – August 15. Door pricing from August 16 onward. Premium and VIP packages have fixed pricing — availability is the constraint.
Payment
All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BLIK.
Student Tickets
Student pricing requires a valid student ID (physical or digital) presented at the entrance. International student IDs accepted (ISIC, ITIC). Without valid ID, the difference to regular price will be charged at the gate. Student pricing is available for Day Passes and Festival Pass only.
Workshops
Workshops are included in Festival Pass, Industry Pass, Premium Pass, and VIP packages but require separate registration due to limited capacity (20–40 seats). Day Pass holders may purchase a workshop add-on (99 USD per workshop, subject to availability). Silverhand and Night City VIP holders have guaranteed seats in all workshops.
Industry Zone
Industry Zone access (pitching sessions, IP Market, B2B meetings, partner demos) is included in Industry Pass, Premium Pass, Silverhand Package, and Night City VIP. Not available with Festival Pass or Day Pass.
Refund Policy
Full refund up to 30 days before the festival (July 28, 2026). 50% refund up to 14 days before. No refunds within 14 days of the event. Premium and VIP packages are non-refundable but transferable with prior approval.
Premium & VIP Packages
Premium, Silverhand, and Night City VIP packages are strictly limited and non-transferable unless pre-approved by the festival office. These are the only ticket types that include Grand Gala access. Each includes a dedicated concierge contact prior to the festival.
Cosplay
Cosplay Pass is valid for Saturday. Cosplay Weekend covers Friday and Saturday. For full festival access, cosplayers should purchase a Day Pass or Festival Pass. Cosplay competition registration opens separately in July 2026.
